A Health Care Sharing Ministry (HSM) is a faith-based organization where members voluntarily share medical expenses with one another. Instead of paying premiums to an insurance company, members contribute a monthly amount that goes toward helping other members with eligible medical needs.
Anglican Care has been serving devoted Christians for over 20 years as a nationally recognized HSM. Our community is built on faith, mutual support, and the biblical principle of bearing one another’s burdens.
Important Distinction
Anglican Care is not insurance. Participation is voluntary. Anglican Care does not guarantee that any medical need will be shared. Members do not have a contractual right to receive payment for any medical expense.
Members make voluntary monthly contributions at a level based on their chosen program and household size. When a member has an eligible medical need, they submit it through the member portal. The need is reviewed and, if eligible, shared among the community according to our sharing guidelines.
Select from Foundational, Essential, or Complete based on your household needs and budget. Add Senior Care (65+) or Catastrophic Add-on if applicable.
Complete the online enrollment form, agree to the Statement of Faith and Member Agreement, and set up your monthly contribution.
After enrollment, log in to the member portal to manage your contributions, submit medical needs, and track sharing status.
When you have a medical expense, submit it through the portal with the required documentation for review and sharing.

Select your program tier and household size. Your monthly contribution is calculated based on these choices.
Fill out your personal information, address, and household details. You must reside in one of the 24 states we serve.
Review and electronically sign the Statement of Faith and Member Agreement, attesting to the terms under penalty of perjury.
Choose your payment method (ACH, credit/debit card, or check by mail) and set up your recurring monthly contribution.
